Deserve Praise
Overall good work. The animation was great, and where you weren't animating the subject, you had something else going on, which resulted in a smooth, consistent look throughout the episode. But I'm going to be honest here, the voice acting sounds like a bad 4kids dub. The writing style you're going for would benefit from more serious lines, instead of stereotypical anime Japanese to English translations.

Well Done
This was the best DBZ flash I've ever seen. You can't be new to Flash, I don't believe that. You must have some experience, to go so far a changing perspectives in a 2D sprite environment (when we see Vegeta) is just incredible. Just double check your usage (...it should be "To be Continued"). You deserve all of the stars you're getting.
